Return Policy: 

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All orders are final.

Depending on the circumstance you may be presented with the option to exchange/replace the product or receive a store credit. To initiate a return/replacement/exchange or store credit, we kindly request that customers email us at info@ladybossloft.com with the order number along with details and pictures of the request. 

Once the return/replacement/exchange has been approved, we will provide clear instructions regarding the method and location for returning the package. Please Note: The buyer is responsible for the purchase of the return shipping label.

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be issued. LadyBoss Loft will not be responsible for returning any unauthorize returned items. 

If a return or exchange is approved, It is essential that the items are in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received - unworn, unwashed and unused. If the items are returned to us and are not in the above condition, return/exchange will not be honor. Also, keep in mind that the replacement/exchange item will not sent out until the return item has been received by LadyBoss Loft and fully examined.

Refund/Store Credit: 

It is important to note that refunds are not offered. However, it approved; we are pleased to extend a store credit accompanied by a $7.99 restocking fee for returned items.

Store Credit Details:

  • Approval: Store credit will be granted upon receipt and approval of the returned item.
  • Validity: Store credit holds validity for 6 months from date of issuance.
  • Restrictions: Store credit cannot be utilized for clearance or sale items, and is  nonexchangeable for a refund.
  • Forfeiture: Any unused store credit will be forfeited after 6 months from date of issuance.
